Tests Pro offers free, browser-based tools. Features may include character quizzes (such as the Chivalry Test), lifestyle quizzes (such as the Mental Age Test), educational screening questionnaires (such as BPD and OCD tools), and education diagnostics (such as SHSAT practice and the General Achievement Test).

3. Entertainment, education, and non-professional use

All quizzes, scores, ranks, screening labels, projected exam scores, and readiness bands are for entertainment, informal self-reflection, study practice, or general information. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, educational-admissions, or other professional advice.

Mental health tools on Tests Pro are educational screenings or questionnaires—not diagnoses, treatment plans, or crisis services. Education diagnostics are practice samples—not official exam scores, school grades, or admissions decisions. Lifestyle and character quizzes are conversation tools—not validated clinical instruments.

Do not make clinical, legal, employment, or admissions decisions solely based on site results. Consult qualified professionals when you need advice tailored to your situation. 4. Eligibility and accounts

If you share result links or screenshots outside Tests Pro, you are responsible for what you share and for complying with third-party platform rules. Do not share another person’s screening results without their permission.

Feedback or suggestions you voluntarily send us may be used to improve the service without obligation to compensate you, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

7. Intellectual property

Site design, branding, logos, original copy, and original quiz content are owned by Tests Pro or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may share result links and images generated by the site for personal, non-commercial use with attribution to testspro.org where reasonable.

8. Third-party links and services

The site may link to third-party websites, apps, or resources. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TESTS PRO AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE QUIZZES, SCREENINGS, OR RELIANCE ON RESULTS—EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE IS TO STOP USING IT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tests Pro and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights related to content you share.
