Mental Age Test guide
How Mental Age Scoring Works
Transparent scoring keeps the quiz fun instead of mysterious. Here is exactly how your mental age number is built from twelve answers.
Each choice carries an age weight
Every option maps to an age-style weight. A late-night, always-online pick generally scores younger than an early-to-bed, analog pick. There is no “correct” answer—only a match to how you actually live.
Average, then clamp
We average the twelve weights and round to a whole number. The displayed mental age is clamped between 12 and 75 so extreme combinations stay readable. The number is a playful average of lifestyle choices, not a prediction of how old you “should” be.
Profile labels
Your number is paired with a short title: Teen Spirit (12–20), Young Explorer (21–28), Balanced Adult (29–38), Wise Navigator (39–50), or Seasoned Sage (51+). Labels describe vibe, not wisdom or worth. Retake anytime if your habits change.
