Chronological age is the years since you were born. Mental age on Tests Pro is a nickname for how your everyday preferences score on a fun quiz. They are not supposed to match.

Chronological age is a fact used by schools, clinics, and legal systems. Mental age here is a lifestyle cartoon: someone who loves new apps and group chats may score younger than a peer who prefers quiet mornings and print books—even if they share a birthday.
A gap is not a problem
Landing younger than your real age usually means your answers leaned toward novelty, social energy, or flexible routines. Landing older often means you picked structure, tradition, or slower pacing. Neither result is advice about work, dating, or health.
Keep it social
